  • A party uses the Certification of Judgment for Registration in Another District (Director Form 2650) to register bankruptcy court judgments in other districts.
    • The court recommends the party use the Director Form 2650, but the form is not required 28U.S.C. § 1963.
  • The certification notifies the clerk of the registering court that a judgment is no longer subject to appeal in the original court.
