2010-05 Miss. Bankr. Ct. Standing Order Requiring Certificate of Service
A party should include a Certificate of Service (the "Certificate") when the party provides a copy (notice) of the document to another party. The Certificate must specify the method of service and identity of all parties served. When a party fails to attach a certificate to the document the filer must file the Certificate with the Court.
