2010-05 Miss. Bankr. Ct. Standing Order Requiring Certificate of Service
A party must include a Certificate of Service ("Certificate") as an attachment to the pleading/document when a party provides notice of the filing. Click here for an example of a Certificate filed with the pleading/document. However, when a party fails to attach a Certificate or amends a Certificate, the filer must file the Certificate using the below event. Docket Events: [Bankruptcy > Other > Certificate of Service] [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Certificate of Service] [Adversary > Other > Certificate of Service] Because the Certificate is being filed separate from the pleading, the Certificate must provide:
