Rev. 02/06/2024
When a separate notice rescheduling a meeting of creditors ("341 meeting") is necessary, the case trustee (or another designated party) must:
The case trustee must file the Certificate separately when the Notice does not include the Certificate. See Certificate of Service Chapter 13 Case: Beginning December 1, 2017, if the case trustee seeks to reschedule the 341 meeting, for purposes other than lack of proper identification, the case trustee and debtor's counsel must submit an agreed order (local form order) to reschedule the 341 meeting, extend the deadline for filing objections to confirmation, and reschedule the confirmation hearing. Note: In a case with no confirmation hearing scheduled, the agreed order should only reschedule the 341 meeting and extend the deadline for filing objections to confirmation. |
Docket Event:
[Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee > Notice of Reset Meeting of Creditors]
