Rule 4001(a)(1) provides that a motion for relief from the automatic stay (the "Motion") must be served on the Unsecured Creditors Committee elected in Chapter 11 or its authorized agent, or if no Unsecured Creditors Committee, on the list of the 20 largest unsecured creditors, and on such entities as the Court may direct. The movant's attorney must serve the motion and notice of hearing upon all affected parties and the 20 largest unsecured creditors or the Unsecured Creditors Committee if one is appointed. |
