A party may request the court reinstate a dismissed case by filing a motion and proposed order. To request a reinstatement in a closed case, the party must file a motion to reopen and reinstate the case. See Reopening to Reinstate Bankruptcy Case. Note: When an ECF user selects the event for a motion to reinstate a bankruptcy case in a closed case, the system displays a message and stops the filing process. |
