The debtor must file and serve the amended schedule on the trustee, US Trustee, and the entity affected by the amendment. In addition to the amended schedule the debtor must provide a notice of the amendment. |

The Notice of Amendment should include a copy of the amended schedule. There is no objection period required. However the notice must provide the date the bankruptcy case was filed. (See local form MSSB-ASCH-H - Notice of Amendment of Schedule H. The form is available for download from the Court's website www.mssb.uscourts.gov).
