Amendment to Schedule H (Codebtors)

The debtor must file and serve the amended schedule on the trustee, US Trustee, and the entity affected by the amendment. In addition to the amended schedule the debtor must provide a notice of the amendment.

Schedule H amended before the clerk issues the meeting of creditors notice

Amended Schedule with an Unsworn Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury.

Amended Schedule with Unsworn Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury.
Amended List of Creditors (Matrix) when adding an individual or adding an address for an existing individual.

The Notice of Amendment should include a copy of the amended schedule. There is no objection period required. However the notice must provide the date the bankruptcy case was filed. (See local form MSSB-ASCH-H - Notice of Amendment of Schedule H. The form is available for download from the Court's website www.mssb.uscourts.gov).
