Any registered ECF filer that purchases a copy of the transcript or a redacted version from the transcriber may obtain remote electronic access during the 90-day restriction period, by filing a request with the court. The requestor will only have access to the transcript purchased from the transcriber. Members of the general public including pro se parties or the media who buy the transcript will not have remote electronic access to the transcript or any redacted version filed during the 90-day restriction period. The request form is available on the court’s website www.mssb.uscourts.gov. |
