Modifying Chapter 12 Plan Before Confirmation

11 U.S.C. § 1223
Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(a)(5)

The debtor under Chapter 12 may modify the plan before confirmation if the modified plan meets the requirements of 11 USC § 1222.

Modifying the plan requires notice to the trustee, United States Trustee, and all creditors affected by the modification. The notice must include a statement that recipients have 21 days to object to the proposed modification by filing an objection with the court.
