Miss. Code Ann. § 15-1-43
A party may renew a judgment or decree only if the existing judgment or decree has not expired at the time of renewal. See Miss. Code Ann. § 15-1-43 No official bankruptcy form for a Notice of Renewal of Judgment ("Notice") exists. The requesting party should consult with the state court's statutes, rules, and court personnel to ensure the Notice contains the correct information as required by state law. |
