The trustee dockets the event below to notify the court that the 341 meeting was continued to another date.

When docketing the event the trustee must:

Attach a PDF document (341 proceeding memo); and
Enter the 341 information: date, time, and meeting location.

Effective December 1, 2017, as a general rule, the chapter 13 trustee (or other designated party) will submit the local form order that reschedules the 341 meeting. The form order resets the 341 meeting, extends the deadline for filing objections to confirmation, and resets the confirmation hearing (when the court previously scheduled a hearing).
