Meeting of Creditors Chapter 11

11 USC § 341
Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(a)(1)

The clerk or some other person as the court may direct must give at least 21 days' notice of the 341 meeting information (date, time, location) to the debtor, the trustee, all creditors, and indenture trustees. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(a)(1).

The United States Trustee ("UST") schedules the Meeting of Creditors ("341 meeting") in the CM/ECF system.

 

Process:

1. The UST schedules the 341 meeting using the below docket event.

2. Clerk's office verifies the meeting information and generates the 341 notice ("Notice").

3. The Bankruptcy Noticing Center ("BNC") serves all creditors and parties with the Notice.
