11 USC § 303

Petitioning creditors may only file an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 or 11 and only against a person, except a farmer, family farmer, or a corporation that is not a moneyed, business, or commercial corporation, that may be a debtor. See 11 USC 303(a)

Any corporate creditor that files or joins an involuntary petition must file a Corporate Ownership Statement. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1010(b) and Corporate Ownership Statement.

The debtor is identified as an alleged debtor until the Court enters an Order for Relief.
