Personal Financial Management Certificate Filed by Course Provider

The debtor is not required to file Official Form 423 when the provider of the personal financial management course files the Personal Financial Management Course Certificate with the court. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1007(b)(7).

Filing Process

Step 1

From the main menu bar click Bankruptcy.

Step 2

Click Personal Financial Mgt Certificates

Step 3

Enter case number. Click Next.

Step 4

Select Personal Financial Management Course Event. Click Next.

Step 5

Click Browse or Choose File.

Upload the PDF file for the certificate. Click Next

Step 6

In an individual case click Next to continue.

In a joint case select the applicable radio button. Click Next

Step 7

Review the docket text for accuracy. Click Next
