Motion and Notice to Dismiss Debtor for Non-Payment

When the debtor fails to make the plan payments, the trustee may file a Motion and Notice to Dismiss the Case. If the motion contains a hearing date, the filer must select the below event to file the motion and notice.

When the motion does not include a hearing date, the trustee must file the pleading with the event: [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications > Dismiss Debtor for Failure to Make Plan Payments]

How to Docket an Amended Motion to Dismiss

File an amended motion using the above docket event; and select Amended from the prefix drop-down list.
