A Chapter 13 debtor has an absolute right to convert to a case under Chapter 7 without notice or a hearing unless the debtor previously converted from another chapter. After notice and a hearing, the court may convert a Chapter 13 case to a Chapter 7 case, on request of any party in interest or the United States Trustee. 11 U.S.C. § 1307(c) See Notice of Voluntary Conversion to Chapter 7 to convert without court order. |
