The debtor must file a plan no later than 90 days after the order for relief under chapter 12. The court may extend the time if the need for an extension is due to circumstances for which the debtor should not be held accountable. The debtor must file the plan and serve a copy upon the case trustee, U.S. Trustee, and all creditors. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015(d) After the case is filed, the Case Administrator will notify the debtor to file a plan. |
