Chapter 12 Operating Report

In a Chapter 12 case, the debtor in possession or the trustee must file a Monthly Operating Report ("Operating Report"), in the form prescribed by the United States Trustee, on or before the 20th day of each month. The debtor is no longer required to file an Operating Report after the court confirms the plan or converts or dismisses the case.

The debtor must furnish a signed copy of the Operating Report to the United States Trustee.
