No later than 14 days before the subchapter V status conference required by 11 U.S.C. 1188(a), the debtor must file a report detailing the efforts the debtor has undertaken and will undertake to attain a consensual reorganization plan. The debtor must serve a copy of the report upon the subchapter V trustee and all parties in interest. |
