11 U.S.C. § 1189
Non-Small Business Case - Only the debtor may file a plan the first 120 days after the date of the order for relief. See 11 U.S.C. § 1121(b) Small Business Case - Only the debtor may file a plan the first 180 days after the date of the order for relief, unless extended after notice and a hearing or the court orders otherwise. See 11 U.S.C. § 1121(e) Subchapter V - Only the debtor may file a plan. The plan must be filed no later than 90 days after the order for relief. See 11 U.S.C. § 1189 |
