11 U.S.C. § 363(b)
The trustee (including a debtor under chapter 13 see 11 U.S.C. § 1303) may file a motion to sell property under 11 U.S.C. § 363 (b) or (c) within specific guidelines. 11 U.S.C. § 363(b) permits the trustee (or debtor) to use, sell, or lease, other than in the ordinary course of business, property of the estate upon notice and opportunity for objections and a hearing. 11 U.S.C. § 363(c) governs the use, sell, or lease of property of the estate in the ordinary course of business.
