Money deposited into the court registry may only be withdrawn by court order. This topic is specific to funds in the court's registry that are not interpleader money or unclaimed funds.

The movant must include the following information in the motion and serve the motion on all interested parties:

  1. Payee name;
  2. Principal amount (i.e., dollar amount or sum certain);
  3. Interest payable on the principle, if applicable; and
  4. the source of the money for each payment (e.g., "the Registry of the Court" or similar wording).
