When the movant is the filer of the original document: Motion to Redact Document (MSSB-MRD-1) and Proposed Order Granting Motion to Redact Document (MSSB-ORD-1)
When the movant is not the filer of the original document: Motion to Redact Document Filed by Other Party (MSSB-MRD-2) and Proposed Order Granting Motion to Redact filed by Other Party (MSSB-ORD-2)
The movant must serve the redaction motion and proposed redacted document on:
*It is not necessary to reopen a case when the sole purpose to reopen is to redact information from the case record. If a party files a motion to reopen for the sole purpose to file a motion to redact, no fee is due.
