Motion for Conditional Use of Cash Collateral

A debtor files a Motion to Use Cash Collateral to request permission to use cash collateral.

Pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4001(b)(1)(C) the movant must serve the motion on:

  1. any entity with an interest in the cash collateral;
  2. any unsecured creditor's committee elected or its authorized agent, or, if the case is a chapter 9 or 11 and there is no unsecured creditor's committee, then on the 20 largest unsecured creditors;
  3. on any other entity that the court directs.
