A professional person employed by a court order seeking compensation for services or reimbursement for expenses from the estate must file an application in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2016(a).

The application must include all previous orders approving fees, the amounts, and the hourly rates (when applicable.)

Compensation or reimbursement of expenses less than $1,000.00
