The debtor may file a Motion to Avoid Non-Possessory, Non-Purchase Money Lien to avoid a lien on property the debtor owns, to the extent that such lien impairs an exemption the debtor would have been entitled to. Important: Effective March 15, 2024, the movant must add the lienholder as a party to the case during the docketing process for the motion. |
