Motion to Assume Lease or Executory Contract

The trustee or debtor in possession must have court approval to assume an executory contract. See 11 U.S.C. § 365(a).

Important: Effective March 15, 2024, when the filer is the debtor or trustee, the filer must add the contract holder as a party to the case during the docketing process for the motion.
