A motion for approval of the following relief must include a copy of the agreement (if not in the form of an agreed order) and the proposed agreed order.

Agreement relating to:

  • Relief from Automatic Stay
  • Prohibiting or Conditioning the Use, Sale, or Lease of Property
  • Providing Adequate Protection
  • Use of Cash Collateral
  • Obtaining Credit
