A party files an Amended Motion when it is necessary to change the information provided in the original pleading. Before filing the amended motion, the ECF filer should contact the clerk's office and verify if the filer should use the below event to file the pleading or select the event used to file the original pleading. Listed below are several types of motions (but not limited to) in which a filer should select the docket event used to file the original motion.
