If a Court issued Summons in an adversary proceeding is not served within the time allowed by the Federal Rules*, an e-filer may submit a request for the court to issue a new Summons (a/k/a Alias Summons). The clerk will generate and docket the Alias Summons and electronically transmit it to the plaintiff's attorney (via NEF). *7 days after the clerk issues the summons. The 7-day time period does not apply to service in a foreign country. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7004(e) |

To send a summons to a party not listed in the case participants list or to a case participant listed with no address, check the box for [Additional recipients]; complete the name and address fields; and Click [Add recipient]; Click Next. |
